What is in the SQL Analyst Toolkit and which SQL does it use?

How do I get the free BA and QA templates?
Click any "Get" button. It opens a short Google Form. Enter your email (name optional) and within 1-2 minutes you receive an email with download links for all four templates. No account required.
Do the SQL and Epic PDFs need an email?
No. Those PDFs download directly from this page. Each one pairs with a guide on the site, so you can read the explanation and keep the printable version.
What format are the files?
The BRD, Test Plan, and UAT Sign-Off are Word .docx files that open in Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice. The RTM is an Excel .xlsx file that works in Excel or Google Sheets. The cheat sheets are PDFs.
Can I use these on client projects?
Yes. The free templates are licensed for personal and professional use, including client projects. The BA Career Accelerator is for the individual purchaser only, not for redistribution or resale.
Are these specific to healthcare IT?
The BA and QA templates are industry-agnostic with healthcare examples (HIPAA, ICD-10, HL7 FHIR, EHR workflows). The Epic and SQL material is healthcare-specific, though most patterns apply to any reporting database. No file contains patient data.
